HOW TO BUY?
In order to buy in the mamaceram.com store, it will not be necessary to register, you just have to follow the purchase steps and fill out the shipping form without registering. The User also has the option to register for future purchases.
The User will add as many items as desired to their shopping cart.
Next, you will validate these steps and the shipping address will be requested.
Subsequently, payment will be made via bank card. If the order is completed successfully, you will be assigned a reference for inquiries.

Remember that protective discs are hygienic products that cannot be returned once unpacked.
No claims will be accepted after 24 hours of receipt of the merchandise, except those derived from manufacturing errors.
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Once you have placed the order for the product, we will proceed to ship it by express transport within 48/72 hours, as long as the destination is National. In the event that it is an international destination, the delivery time may be longer than 72 hours.

RETURN OF A PRODUCT
As it is a personal hygiene product, returns are not accepted unless due to deterioration by the carrier it reaches your hands in poor condition. If this is the case, we will ask you to send us a photo of the condition of the product to +34 624 73 15 83 within 24 hours of receiving the product and if the areolas are broken, we will replace new wax areolas at €0 costs.
If the protective discs are not in condition or for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 7 business days, counting from the date of delivery of the order, to return it. (According to art. 44 of Law 7/1996, of January 15, on the Regulation of Retail Trade, modified by Law 47/2002, of December 19.)
The product must be returned as it was delivered, that is, unused.
1º- Shipping and collection costs in case of return will be borne by the customer. To make this return, the product must be in perfect condition, in its original, unbroken packaging and in perfect condition. Any item that does not arrive in perfect condition and with its packaging in optimal condition will not be credited.
The customer who wants to exercise their right of withdrawal must first contact the customer service department by calling tel. +34 624 73 15 83 or via email: email@example.com to confirm the origin of the returned product.
To make a return, write an email explaining the reason for the return and send it to: firstname.lastname@example.org
Once the merchandise is received in our warehouse, and after checking its status, the amount will be refunded according to the payment method made by the client.
2º- Defective or erroneous products will be accepted for return, with mamaceram.com being responsible for the shipping costs. Once it arrives at our facilities, we will verify the reality of the defect or error and if it is in good condition, we will send you the correct without any charge. This circumstance must be communicated within seven (7) days from the date of receipt of the shipment.
Once we receive the item, we will check for any poor condition or error and proceed to send a new product.
Delivery time varies depending on your geographical location or the destination of your purchase, normally the maximum delivery time is 48 hours.
Once your order leaves our facilities, we will send you a message by email informing you of the departure. If your mobile phone number appears in your order information, we will contact you by SMS.
